At AM Training Management, our mission is to provide our customers with a unique ISO Quality Management System training experience. With guided class discussions, small group work, interactive review opportunities, and real-world scenarios, our classes will make slide deck training a thing of the past. Our most popular class is the 2-Day Internal Auditor training, but we also offer a 1-Day ISO 9001:2015 fundamentals overview training class and a 1/2-Day Executive Leadership Summary.

ISO 9001:2015 training is conducted in downtown Johnson City, TN in Spark Plaza with secure fast WiFi mesh network, rolling whiteboards, projector, and classroom seating.
About the Owner
Audrey Mitchell is the Founder and CEO of AM Training Management. She has 20 years of experience working with companies to improve their ISO quality management systems, both as an employee and consultant. Her training experience over the past 10 years has provided manufacturers in Tennessee the knowledge they need to develop robust systems and continually improve. Her ISO Internal Auditor training experience is extensive, and she desires to share her lessons learned and best practices with others to improve their systems and product quality.
