Over the last few years our team has added many new faces. With so many new employees comes a diversity in the knowledge level when it comes to ISO 9001. Our company had so much success working with Audrey in the past. It was a welcome sight when we learned she was now offering training courses. We were able to include participants at every level. The training courses were engaging and perfectly blended with open discussions, small group work, and hands on training. The ISO 9001 internal audit training course exceeded my expectations. The content was thorough, well-organized, and delivered in a clear and engaging manner. The practical exercises were valuable in applying the concepts, and the instructor demonstrated a deep understanding of the ISO 9001 standard. Overall, a highly beneficial course for anyone involved in quality management systems. The food was amazing as well. 

I found Audrey’s course in ISO 9001 to be incredibly helpful in understanding the internal audit process. The training exercises specifically were the most beneficial because it gave me the opportunity to practice real life scenarios in communicating with auditees, finding evidence and addressing conformance issues. Audrey has taken a complex standard and simplified it to make it easy to understand and use effectively.

Nine years ago our company began the journey to obtain ISO certification. Audrey was contracted as a consultant to assist with this process. She basically built our quality system from the ground up, provided training to maintain that system, conducted internal audits, and was in attendance as support for every External Audit. In addition, she made any necessary adjustments with the revision from ISO 9001:2008 to 9001:2015.
